  Awesome menu. Awesome service. Awesome food.
  
  Took me forever and a day to get there and back on the road so I'll likely frequent this place rarely however I loved it enough to drop a line. Let's start with things I observed but didn't taste...their buffet. The smell, the looks, the freshness, and the happy faces on the many people eating inside really made my mouth water. I stood there for at least a few minutes gazing at their buffet and thinking of all the things that would be happening if I had the time to sit down with a plate right then and there.
  
  Back to reality, I had their Chicken Soltani (which is chicken and rice but also their mignon). The beef, in my understanding, is seasoned ground beef which is formed into a stretched rib shape by a machine then grilled, was excellent!. The chicken wasn't dry but didn't taste extraordinary. The combo together was amazing. 4.0 food combined with 6.0 service was great. My only disappointment was the rice was boring. Mixed rice was an additional $3 and i'm not sure what that even is, but maybe I should've tried it. for the price I didn't though.

  Very good Persian food - authentic + they offer a good lunch buffet.
  
  I had a meeting in the area and wanted to grab lunch nearby.   We are big fans of good Persian food and this place is the best we have found so far in S. Florida.   It's located in an older shopping center fronting Sunrise Blvd.  There's plenty of parking too.
  
  They weren't too busy when I arrived but by the time I left they had about 10 tables enjoying lunch.   The buffet had both cold and hot items and I was able to find my good items to enjoy.  It was good value given the selection, quality and taste.  I started with some salads, grape leaves and hummus.  Then I had the chicken kabob, rice, a spinach dish and some of their hot eggplant.   Everything was fresh and very good.  They also had a yogurt sauce, grilled tomato and onions too.
  
  They kept bringing out more of the meats as it hot and fresh vs. sitting out there for a while.  The service was also good.   They even brought me out some Persian tea to try.    I will certainly be back next time I'm in the area or bring the family for dinner.

  Very good Persian food this was my first experience. Catered for the family and I thought we would shit flames  but we didn't. I recommend the fessenjoon although it looks like a plate of liquid poopie. I feel the steak  could of been better but than again this was my first experience. They wanted to wack me with 3 dollars a mile for delivery- so we picked it up instead of letting them rob me. I'd go again but only after I tried other Persian places to correctly benchmark them.

  It's always amazing how consistent Caspian always is. We've been coming here for years and always bring new friends that absolutely love the variety of authentic Persian cuisine. The chicken is the best I've ever had. I don't eat chicken anywhere else. I haven't had anything I didn't like.
